About Us

After having had a wonderful year on EBAY, my partner and I decided we would like to add a shop on Ruby Lane which will feature a very particular kind of product in the areas of Ceramics, Collectibles, Jewelry and Silver. The merchandise we sell on one site will not be presented on the other at the same time if ever. You will see my name, Karen, attached to what we sell on Ruby Lane. I do the photography, copy and customer relations but my partner does the buying. He has an extensive background in antiques having had a shop in New York City for many years and has been collecting since he was a child. We verify everything we offer and absolutely stand behind our merchandise. Should you receive anything that you don't believe is authentic or is not as we have stated, contact us within three days, let us know you wish to return it, and whether or not we agree, we will return your money in full. You will be responsible only for the shipping back to us the same way in which it was sent to you. When the same item is returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent, your money will be returned to your Paypal account. Right now, we accept only Paypal.
