About Us

Silver Lining custom jewelers have been located in Historic Jacksonville Oregon since 1978.
Chauncey (Maurice) and Ladena Romero operated The Silver lining from their brick and mortar building in the historic downtown area of Jacksonville for 26 years. The Silver Lining shop and gallery offered quality custom jewelry,estate jewelry, professional appraisals and art and crafts. In 2004 we sold our wonderful brick building and we semi-retired to an appointment studio.

Chauncey is the custom jewelry designer. Ladena is a stained glass artist as well as a bead designer and creates jewelry with silver and semi precious beads. Ladena served as the buyer/manager of the gallery.

Through the years we have been collectors of vintage jewelry and art and crafts . We now plan on offering some of these vintage pieces as well as artisan pieces on Ruby Lane. We realize that our success in the Silver lining is due to our loyal customer base built with consumer confidence throughout the years. We now plan on offering the same quality and satisfaction to our Ruby Lane customer base and look forward to doing business with you.
