This is a Victorian Vulcanite Padlock. It features 10K gold accent hardware. The padlock does not open so I added a contemporary ouroboros snake clasp/bail. The snake is crafted from 14K solid yellow gold with emerald eyes. It is the perfect match for such a cute lock. The snake opens at a hinge and snaps closed, so it is super easy to place on your favorite chain or beaded necklace. The lock and the snake are in excellent condition.
