Incredible gorgeous oil painting on board by listed artist John Budicin (1944-) who was born in Italy and now lives in California. Titled "RESTING", the painting is a street scene in Italy with people walking and others seated at a cafe or coffee house. Looks like a bright sunny day with colorful buildings, laundry drying on out on the windows, and is just really well done.

This has an Esther Wells Collection label on back and was one of the oldest and finest art galleries in Laguna Beach, CA. They closed in 2011. Titled "RESTING".

The gilded frame measures 16 5/8" wide x 15.25" tall. The sight area is 8.5" x 7.25" and the opening in back that holds the art is 10" x 8.75". It is signed on bottom left and is in excellent condition with no damages to art. A couple of small indentions on wood frame that does not detract one bit. Weighs 3 lbs before packing.
