This vintage white Lucite purse is a bit unusual in that it has a small dome style attached to the top of the purse and has flowers in it.
Had to do a little research on this purse and found it in a 1993 edition of a book titled " A Century of Handbooks." It states that this style of purse was referred to as a "coffin" purse as it resembled a coffin laid out with flowers. The purse is very pretty in spite of its name. The purse is all marbled white and the lid and handles are clear. It has a clear fastener. The marbled white part of the purse is in good condition. There is brown glue at spots along where the dome part is attached. There are a couple very small sections where the glue has browned in the inside and very minute sections where browned on the outside. In spite of that, the purse is really very cute and unusual,
