This is a very pretty Whiting and Davis Purse. The frame is gold tone, and the top has triangles that add interest. The pattern is a very soft floral pattern, and the colors are mainly shades of rose color on a sagish green background. It is very artsy, and I think it looks like a painting The inside has a tan color fabric and there is a small fabric pocket Overall this purse is in good condition and would look lovely displayed or to carry to a special occasion. It does not show when the purse is closed but when it is open, there is less than 1/4 inch on each side where the mesh is not attached. There are 3 very small tarnish spots on one side . The purse measures 8 inches long and the handle would add 6 inches. The width is 6 inches. My pictures do not do this justice. The sage green color looks almost black in the pictures and the flowers do not “pop” in the pictures.
