This is lovely dress that could be worn to any special occasion. The color is a light blue with a hint of turquoise. The dress is made with a layer of chiffon over entire dress. The dress has a long attached jacket that has a permanent button with sequins attached. The sleeves are made of the same sheer chiffon fabric. The dress has a panel of beading and sequins that show through underneath the jacket. All of the beading and sequins are attached and add a touch of flair and drama. The dress fastens with a zipper and does have a hook attached but the eye is missing. The dress stays closed at the top so is not at all noticeable.
