This vintage silk Echo scarf is hand stitched and was Made in Japan. The scarf has a tan background. It has a circle in the middle with white dots and it expand to a larger circle with larger white dots. It then forms a scarf with even larger white dots.. Overall it is in good condition. There is a dot of ink in one spot and I did not attempt to remove it.
