This is a gilt metal bed in doll house scale. Included with the bed is a straw filled mattress and lace trimmed covering. The bed has a mesh type design on all sides, but most intriguing are the two birds perched on top of the head board. The bed is in fine antique condition save for three rough spots on the headboard. We believe this bed was made by Bing of Nuremberg Germany founded in the the late 19th century.
