Vintage Polyester Scarf British Sterling Cologne Speidel 1960s Rare - image 1 of 4

This beautiful long scarf was a bonus gift with a bottle of British Sterling cologne in the late 1960s. I don't think the scarf was ever worn, but was folded in a drawer with other vintage scarves.

The colors are royal blue, red, and white, with the British Sterling logo of a crown interspersed within the design. The label says the fabric is 100% polyesta tetron, and this is an exclusive design by Speidel, the original maker of the cologne. The edges are hand rolled.

The scarf is in like new condition, but I did find one small place that looks like a folded line, but I am not sure what it is. I only mention it so that all things about the scarf are said. It could be something that occurred in the original packaging of the scarf.

I think this scarf is a rare find, as I could not find any information about it, but I do remember how popular British Sterling cologne was when first introduced in 1965.
