Billy has a bisque socket head with light brown complexion, strong features, brown glass inset eyes, dark fringed brows, strong all-around eye shadow, closed mouth, brown fleecy hair, wooden fully-articulated body with bisque hands, wearing original green cord short pants, cotton shirt, green knit sweater, leather shoes, and carrying cricket bat. He is in great condition, numbered 18/25. The cricket ball is missing. He has his bat. One side of the bat's handle is frayed.
