The skirt has a colorful print like a street scene at night with café tables, diners, ladies looking in shop windows, small dogs and more in yellow red, blue, light green and white on black and has a deep ruffled hem. Two pockets trimmed in metallic gold and green ric rac matching trim on the polka dot ruffles.
