Romantic Couple Vintage Guest Towel

This colorful vintage 1940’s Fingertip guest hand towel has a lovely couple in fancy dress. He has a coat with tails, carries a bunch of roses and doffs his top hat to her as if to ask her to dance. She wears a full length ball gown. They are hand embroidered in red and black on white linen fabric with a black border.
It measures 12” x 20”.
Excellent vintage condition. Colors bright, no holes. Clean, washed and will come to you ironed. Fun for your vintage bathroom or guest powder room.
