Pair His and Hers Hand Embroidered Colorful Old Fashioned Lady and Gent Vintage Guest Towels

These charming slightly risqué vintage 1940s Fingertip guest hand towels are hand embroidered and appliqued, one with a lady in a green jacket and bright red striped skirt and the other with a man with blue jacket and red check pants. She is discovering his red longjohns pinned to her clothesline and he is discovering her red bloomers pinned to his. Colors include red, green, yellow, blue, gray and black. Fabric is white linen.
Each measures 12 1/2” x 19”.
Excellent vintage condition. Colors bright, no holes or stains. Clean and washed and ironed.
