Fabulous ANGELS CHERUBS Sterling Huge Antique Buckle - 4 3/8" by 1 7/88" - Hallmarked Deakin 1902 - Edwardian

This is a fabulous antique Edwardian era belt buckle! It is made of sterling silver with a heavenly winged angel or cherub design. They have such sweet expressions on their faces. It is a very large buckle, measuring about 4 3/8" by 1 7/8". The weight is about 30.2 grams. It is signed with the maker's mark (partial) of JOHN & WILLIAM DEAKIN and has the hallmarks of the lion passant for sterling - the city mark of Chester and the date mark or a fancy letter B for 1902, and also marked with the letter W. Good antique condition with light age wear. Beautiful to wear or display! You will treasure this!!!
