This most rare and unusual is this silver enamel frog charm. It comes from China and dates to circa 1900. The silver tests as 800-900 quality.

The charm measures 5/8” (2ms) across the base and weighs 2.9 grams.

The frog sits on a pale turquoise green enamel lily pad., gently curved and engraved. The dark green frog looks very proprietorial with front legs outstretched.

There is a ring and a bail attached.

The reverse is neatly finished.

His charming piece has slight signs of age , really only visible in my enlarged photos. It will arrive in a gift box.
