I never thought I would let go of this dress. It is simply beautiful in white on white textured stripes and tiny blue floral bunches scattered throughout. The bertha collar falls over the shoulders, the long sleeves and edge of collar are trimmed with lace, the waist has hand stitching to create tiny gathers, and the bottom of the skirt has a 7-inch cotton floral lace piece stitched around the entire skirt by hand. The back opening has hooks and thread closure for closure. You will love this dress! Although it does have a few tiny tears in the fabric, they are along the hand gathering at the waist and do not show for the sash.
