This is a small vintage print of a long haired dog in a field. At the lower left is "Copyright 1905, The Thos. D. Murphy Co., Red Oak, Iowa U.S.A." This was a well known calendar company in the United States. At the bottom center is "666 The Sentinel." At the lower right is "From Painting by Dolph." I believe this to be the American artist John Henry Dolph known for his paintings of dogs and cats. The title of Sentinel also means a guard or lookout.
It is in a wood frame of brown, and black colors, with white designs etched in the wood. It has glass, a wood backing, and a wire for hanging.
Size: The frame measures approximately 6" tall and 8 1/4" wide. The inside measurements, taken from the back are approximately 4 3/8" tall and 6 3/4" wide.
Condition: I note some chips on the frame at the edges.
