This is a cute vintage print titled "A Trial Trip." It shows a mother and young boy helping a young girl with her first steps. A Saint Bernard dog is watching closely.

It is signed in the plate at the lower left by the British artist Arthur Elsley (1860-1952). Under the signature is the year 1921. The artist was famous for his scenes of children and pets.

It is in a dark wood frame with gold near the glass. It has a cardboard backing and a wire for hanging.

Size: The frame measures approximately 12 3/4" tall and 10 3/4" wide. The inside measurements, taken from the back are approximately 10 1/8" tall and 8 1/8" wide. It is approximately 2" deep.

Condition: Various scratches on the frame's finish along the sides. See photos.
