This is a lovely lady in a yellow dress, sitting outside. It is titled at the lower right "Listening to the Birds." It was published by Muller, Luchsinger Co. of NY, but I don't see an artist name. I have also seen her in a much larger version print, with more of the outdoors showing.

She is in a gold wood frame with designs. It has glass, a cardboard backing, and a wire for hanging.

Size: Frame is 12 3/4" tall and 9 3/4" wide. Inside measurements are 12" by 9."

Condition: I note some scratches to the frame.
