This is a vintage print of a cute blonde haired girl. It was done by the American artist Ida Waugh (1846-1919). She was known for her art work depictions of children.

The frame is a brown wood. It has glass, a wood backing, and a wire for hanging.

Size: The oval frame measures approximately 14 1/2 inches tall, and 12 1/2 inches wide. The inside measurements, taken from the back are 8" by 10."

Condition: I note a dark line at the upper right on the print, near the frame edge. The gold inner layer near the glass shows some wear. The frame also has some scrapes that I have tried to show in the photos.
