This is a cute vintage print of a young child holding a kitten in one hand, and watering a flower with the other. It is signed in the plate by the American artist Louise Cox (1865-1945) and dated 1916. The artist was known for her portraits of children.

It is in an off white wood frame with a gold inner layer. The print is under a brown and beige matting. It has glass, a cardboard backing, and a wire for hanging.

Size: The frame measures approximately 15" tall and 12" wide. The inside measurements, taken from the back, are approximately 14" high and 11" wide.

Condition: Scratches to the frame, with some soiling of the mat near the bottom. It has not been examined out of the frame.
