This is a vintage print of a cute child with a green hat. I don't see a title or signature, but it was done by the American artist Maud Tousey Fangel (1881-1968). She was known for her cute portraits of children. Hard not to smile when you look at it. The image of the child is on top of a brownish background with a gold border around it.
It is in a carved gold wood frame, with glass, a dust cover, and a wire for hanging.
Size: The frame measures approximately 13 1/4 inches tall and 11 1/4 inches wide.
Condition: The gold border surrounding the print shows a few nicks.
