Vintage late 1950s, Victorian Revival style, pin or brooch that is magnetic and meant to stick sewing pins on as you removed them when sewing pinned fabric. Bright gold tone finish, marbleized sheet of thin plastic meant to look like mother of pearl or celluloid, graceful swirled faux monogram, in the way of 1950s faux monogrammed jewelry, that is not an actual monogram, just meant to look like an antique one. It measures one and three sixteenths inches across, and is marked for the General Mfg. Co., patent pending. Excellent condition, finish is clean and bright.
