This beautiful tall vase was manufactured by Morimura Brothers, probably the best known and most collectible Japanese porcelain firms during the early 20th century. The clear back stamp on the vase dates it between 1891 and 1911. The vase bears a floral motif which is highlighted by extensive moriage slip work covering approximately half of the surface on the vase. The vase has 2 handles and rests on 3 feet. It stands a bit over 10” in height, and is in wonderful antique condition with no observable defects. Truly a fabulous piece to add to your I-pin or Asian Porcelain collection.
