This plate is light blue and white transfer ware pattern features two figures strolling beside a quiet waterway with ornate buildings and mountains in the background. Tall trees form an arch over a large urn and swans swim in the foreground. The design is very much in the tradition of the Romantics in the Victorian Age. The bottom is stamped with the pattern name and "Pearl Stone Ware." There are not chips or cracks, there are a few iron pops that you can see in the pictures. IT IS RARE TO FIND ANTIQUE EARTHENWARE IN "LIKE NEW" CONDITION BECAUSE OF WEAR FROM USE AND AGE. TINY GLAZE FLAKES AND CRAZING IS NORMAL AND ADDS CHARACTER TO EACH PIECE.
