It is crafted in yellow gold fill with a beautiful interlocking design. The center of one side is embellished with a rose and the reverse a blank cartouche. It measures 1-1/4'' in diameter without the stem.

The locket opens to reveal the original glass covers and a beautiful lock of blond hair. The hair is delicately swirled and lovingly placed beneath the glass.
