She has a bisque socket head with beautiful modeling and expert painting, with big brown glass set eyes, framed by painted upper and lower lashes, thick tapered brows, an open mouth, and lightly blushed cheeks. She stands at 15.5” on an antique fully jointed wood and composition body, and wears a curly dark brown mohair wig.
She wears a vintage blue cotton dress, with a white pointed collar, two pink and white buttons down the front, and a white apron. Underneath, she wears an antique white cotton half slip, a vintage white cotton pair of pantaloons, and a vintage white knit undershirt. On her feet are a pair of white knit socks and antique white oilcloth shoes. On her head is an antique white cotton gauze cap, with a white and red checked folded brim with a red cross pin.

CONDITION: Her bisque head is free of cracks, chips, hairlines, and restoration, and has expert and delicate painting of features, crisp and deep modeling of an absolutely gorgeous face, and pleasant, subtle color. The glass eyes sparkle, and are aligned well in the head. The wood & composition body has extensive age wear, touchups, and replacements of parts with appropriate antiques. The costume is excellent, and presents well, with very little age-related wear. This girl is a real darling!
