Native American sterling silver coral and turquoise chip inlay Flower the skunk ring from the cartoon Bambi. These rings featuring cartoon characters were made by the Zuni Indians are now referred to as Zunitoons. The ring is size 7 1/2. The face measures 7/8" x 5/8". The ring weighs 5.8 grams. There are no identifying marks. The metal acid tests as sterling silver. The ring has an old patina, I have not polished it. there is a turquoise inlay chip missing at the very top of the ring on the hair tuft. It is not noticeable when worn but can be seen in the close up photos.
