This is a Bohemian Czech art glass vase. The maker is Kralik. The bottom has an acid stamp in a half circle that reads Czechoslovakia; this mark is believed to belong to Kralik. The date is circa 1930. There are light glares in the photos.

The vase is 10 ¾” high and 6 ½” wide at the widest part near the bottom.

The colors at the bottom are blue and a darker color that may be dark blue, black or brown, along with -maybe- orange or red. Moving up the vase, the streaks of color are red and yellow and maybe it is orange or just red over yellow so it looks like orange. Sorry, I thought I’ve seen a lot of Czech glass, but I’ve never seen the color orange before and so I am confused. Inside the mouth, in some light the color looks more yellow, and in other light it looks like pale orange.

The mouth rim is flared and the edge is round. The pontil is round, indented and polished smooth with pontil scarring.

There is an outer layer of clear glass. There is an iridescent coating that reflects colors over the bottom darker colors.

In the interior there are a few either burst air bubbles or glass folds. There are a few tiny air bubbles. The bottom shows a lot of scratches and age wear. There are no chips, nicks or cracks.
