A 19th century Napoleon III marquetry vitrine, or glass paned display cabinet. Veneer of rosewood with beautiful marquetry inlay of various woods and brass trim. Floral motif with large urns of tulips and other flowers on the doors. Door has working lock and key and opens to an interior fitted with four adjustable shelves that are 9.5"deep. Raised on turned feet. All original. Cabinet makers label on back: Ameublements Edmond Rey, Marseille. Circa 1870-1890. 35.75"W x 13.5"D x 61.5"H
