Pretty little petite cameo necklace - a vintage piece, with simple design in a goldtoned tear-drop setting. The goldtoned chain is very fine, in a lovely twisted style.

Size of this cameo is 3/4 inches, and the chain is 18 inches long. This cameo could also be worn as a pin, as the back of the scalloped hanger would easily accommodate a pin setting.
