This vintage pendant necklace is not only music related but it's also very ARTFUL because it was created and hand signed by John Crutchfield.

Crutchfield developed a multi-dimensional graphic arts technique applied to brass metal that became a metallic art form. He created a very unique and exciting style of graphic designs that goes beyond 'wearable art'.

This pendant is one of his early pieces when this was just called 'enamel work'. The colorful musical notes go each way in different colors with a white center and goldtone edges.

The goldtone back is marked THE MUSIC CENTER - WINTERFEST - CRUTCHFIELD '88. Then he hand-etched his signature under that.

Pendant measures 2 1/8 inches each way. The goldtone link chain measures 22 inches. This is rare since few of these were made for the event.

Necklace is in excellent vintage condition.
