Offering the sweetest, finely detailed circa 1924-34 tiny Bisque GERMAN Putz Gnome/Dwarf/Elf. Hard to find tiny size measures 1.25" tall. Much finer molding than most putz figures this size. Often used in putz scenes these tiny bisque figurines are often referred to as 'no snow' SNOW BABY Figurines! Similar shown in the wonderful reference book 'Snow Babies, Santas and Elves' by Mary Morrison (see last photo). Made in Germany most likely by Hertwig. 'Molded number 6119 '' on back of figure.. Some minor loss to paint, as shown.
