A fine 19 volume half leather bound book set “English Men of Letters, published in London by Macmillan & Co Ltd, 1905, edited by John Morley, Libramatores' copy #82 out of a limited edition of 1000 printed. This set features many well known authors such as Chaucer, Sidney, Milton, Dryden, & Defoe, etc, with blue marbled covers and front & back boards, as well as engravings of the authors on the frontispieces. This set is in very good condition, with some blue color loss on the leather due to exposure, edge rubs and wear, and other imperfections.
