Very good condition Barbie #4 Blonde Ponytail. This is made from the new plastic, and is not faded. Also has the new blue irises that are different from Barbie #3. This was purchased new in 1960 and is in good, but played with condition. Please see photos. Body is in good condition - the hair is where you can see some wear. All the fingernails, toes and lips are still nice and red.
Provenance: Purchased new in 1960, the owner acquired Barbie in 1960, Ken in 1961, and acquired clothes between 1960-1961. She played with for about 2 years as a child, and they have been sitting in a closet since that time. See photos for condition. Some items are mint, some are not. I try to detail damaged items. Items have not been cleaned, so some items may be easy to restore.
