A collection of bread recipes - plain bread, milk bread, French and Austrian and cottage bread, rye bread, currant bread and more... from a couple who had never baked before and here describe their experiments. A previous owner has written recipes in to the rear endpaper with a number of bread recipes cut from newspapers etc loosely inserted.

Condition
A good copy. The dustwrapper is a bit rubbed to the edges but in generally good order. The book itself has some light tanning but is sound. There is some offsetting from where recipes have been placed in, or glued in.
