Meissen Hand Painted Cobalt Red & Gold Court Dragon Tea Cup & Saucer C.1860-1920
Nice antique German porcelain tea cup and saucer. Decorated in the Court Dragon pattern in hand painted underglaze cobalt with red and gold highlights. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom with the underglaze blue crossed sword mark used by Meissen between 1860 and 1924.
Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
The tea cup measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 6 1/8 inches wide.
