A George III Regency period solid silver decanter label. It has a gadrooned style rim with the central area pierced with the word ‘sherry’. It has a round link chain as can be seen in the images and is quite thick gauge for its type.
Hallmarks are for 1817. The makers mark is rather unclear so we have been unable to determine the maker.
