Circa 1900 this is a one-of-a-kind pair of table lamps fashioned from antique porcelain vases originally crafted in the northern hills of Thailand, historically referred to as Siam. Featuring a rich vibrant hand-painted floral motif displaying poppies and butterflies with an elegant footed solid rosewood base. Vases were designed to match, however, close inspection reveals intricate variances that further attest to their rarity and unique custom appeal. Complements various styles of décor with a primary color palette incorporating brilliant shades of red, yellow, blue, green, and white. Wired with vintage light sockets and golden cords made in the USA that comply with standard modern electrical outlets in the USA/Canada. Harps and finials included.
