The Antique Salad Servers are a product of the famed: Gorham Co. of Providence, RI. (est.1831) and have an approximate date of production set at or near the year of (1910). The Antique Servers are comprised of: thick, heavy, bright, polished, quality, (Gorham), Silverplate; as well as: (ABP), clear, Cut-Crystal. The (ABP) Crystal is as pristine in clarity as it is in quality, thus enabling for a radiant illumination of said Crystal; in turn contrasting against the (Gorham) Silverplate. This creates a rather captivating and most majestic effect; particularly when in the company of Dinner Guests. The Gorham Servers are styled in accordance to both the American Brilliant Period, and the Art Nouveau, artistic period too. The Silverplate is naturally affixed & cemented into the (ABP) Cut-Crystal Handles, thus permitting for the (Antique) Server's structural integrity to remain intact. Despite the advanced age of the Antique Servers being over (110+) years, the condition is noteworthy. With the exception of superficial scuff marks to the Silver Fork & Spoon, and some minor wearing & (flea) bites to the Cut-Crystal Handles, the Servers look fantastic. Truly, a testament to the quality of the Gorham brand, and to the care the Antique Pair has since received. The Antique Gorham Co. Silver Salad Servers with (ABP) Cut-Crystal Handles are stored in a: dry, secured, environment, and will undoubtedly be a highly coveted Antique for one's quality collection, use, or display.
