The Sterling Bowl is octagonal is shape, and is richly illuminated by a Repousse pattern that encircles the Centerpiece. The ornate characteristics of the Repousse pattern is accentuated by an appropriate amount of Patina. The condition of the Antique Bowl is especially noteworthy, fore despite the Sterling Centerpiece being (150+) years of age, it has retained its structural integrity to a high degree. The aesthetics of the Antique are most impressive as well. The only true mark of age is perhaps some superficial scuffing, & slight dimpling to the base of the Bowl; as well as some clouding to the interior.
