This eye catcher was made in the 1980's from Murano Italy no doubt. The color of the glass is like Periwinkle Blue. There are alternating applied ribs of yellow and then clear, with red dots the swirl around the vase to the top that has a flared rim. And then it has an applied clear foot.

Measures 13" high 6 3/8" at the rim 4 1/2" at the foot.
