This is a wonderful majolica ceramic owl figurine sitting on a lamp base. The owl is marked Made In Italy on the bottom of the owl. The black base it sits on is made from resin.

Great piece from the 60’s-70’s I.ve never seen one as a lamp with the right shade it will really be pretty lit up.

Measures’ The owl without base is 13” tall 9” wide. The base is 7” x 10”, 28” to the harp and 19” to the top of the socket.
One small chip I just noticed see the last photo lip of the flower. No other problems and the lamp works great.
