This was made by Falkenstein Lamps; the bottom is stamped 1974. The embossed round glass fount featuring birds in a cherry tree has clear glass frit fired onto the outside. The fount is marked NEMO 1972 a company from Italy I believe.

It has a 3 way switch with the nightlight in the bottom 4 crystal drop pendants. This shade is probably original to the lamp and still looks nice but it has a tear ( see last photo) If you don't want it will save lots on the shipping.

Measures; 31" to top of harp 22" to the top of socket. The glass ball is 8" across and the base is 7". Not broken or damaged pieces normal wear to the finish. The cord and switch are good. This shade is 16" at the bottom x 16" high.
