In perfect condition this was made in Germany by Heubach Sichtear Stalk 1901-1962 and they have the most details you will ever see very nice porcelain.
It stands 13" high with the nice shade it has on it and its on a 3" x 5" brass base. Condition is very good and the lamp work great cord is good.
