Signed MA Raksanyi - Oil on Canvas of Western Cowboy Rodeo Scene
Excellent condition, no damage or missing paint. Believe the blue sky would brighten were it cleaned however.
Signed in the lower left MS Raksanyi and dated 9/72.
This Western Scene is of two cowboys about to lasso a calf. I believe this is a rodeo scene. The wooden frame is in excellent condition, with no damage.
The back of the canvas has a dark smudge, please see the photos. It is on the surface, and does not bleed through to the front. There is writing in pencil on the frame that reads Red - DeSota County Fair 1/73 and Blue Peace River Tel Pioneers 2/5/73.
Wired for hanging, stretched and framed very professionally.
