This antique porcelain tray, or handled plate, is decorated with beautiful yellow and white roses. It is marked "Erdmann Schlegelmilch Suhl Prussia" on the bottom. The mark dates this piece to between 1900 & 1918. This plate/tray is in good used condition overall. It does have some minor roughness on the bottom rim. There are a couple lightly colored spots on the edge, one of which is on the out side of a handle. These areas can be seen in the photos. There are also faint leaves in the design.
