Here’s a pretty antique seed pearl horse shoe brooch in sterling!
This lovely antique brooch features 26 pavé-set seed pearls in a horseshoe-shaped brooch of sterling silver. This brooch is stamped STERLING on its reverse and was likely a symbol of good luck for its wearer. It was created around 1900, in the late Victorian or early Edwardian Eras. It might have been worn when its wearer was betting on horse races, or intended to provide good luck in general.
It retains its original time-created patina, enhancing its antique beauty. The brooch is stamped with the STERLING hallmark, and acid testing confirms the brooch is sterling.
