Here’s a lovely Modernist sugarloaf lavender chalcedony and diamond pendant necklace in 14k yellow gold!

This pretty pendant necklace features a tension-set lavender chalcedony with tall sugarloaf faceting and approximately 4 ct weight. Above the chalcedony on the pendant sit two round-faceted pavé-set diamonds of approximately 0.06 TCW. The pendant has an interesting modern style, and its delicate 18 inch gold chain compliments it well.

We date this estate pendant c1990-2010, somewhere between Contemporary and Vintage. This artisan-created pendant is stamped on its interior with 14K and a maker's hallmark we believe says PPG. The chain is stamped 585 (14k gold) on its clasp. Acid testing of the pendant and chain confirms the gold is 14k.
